Clean your slate-

Wash away the weight of the day in a warm, softly scented shower. Take this opportunity to breathe deeply, unwind, and allow your body to let go and relax.


Dress softly-

Change into your favorite pajamas, pieces that make you feel comfortable and delicate.


Set the ambiance -

Set the tone for rest. Light a scented candle, dim your accent lights, and invite your mind to a war, cozy place.


Sweet words-

Before drifting to sleep, take a moment to journal your thoughts. This could include a gentle walk through of your day, personal reflections, or happy thoughts you’d like to hold onto. It’s s encouraged to write at least three things you are grateful for. Now, say good night to your loved ones, wish your pets peaceful dreams, and don’t forget to say goodnight to the moon.


Rest -

Now that you’ve unwound and settled into a calm, cuddle your plushies or your beloved pet(s), think of happy and comforting thoughts, and allow yourself to rest.


Every evening is another opportunity to thank your body for carrying you through the day, and to look forward to a sweeter tomorrow.
